It is very important to start treatment as soon as your surgeon advises. We are here to make sure you regain your range of motion, strength and flexibility and enable you to return to your daily routine as soon as possible.

Musculoskeletal pain refers to pain in the muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and nerves. You can feel this pain in just one area of the body, such as your back or throughout your body.

Physiotherapy treatment for MSK pain includes "hands on" treatment, bespoke exercise programme and advice all to get you back doing the things you love.

We can see you if your are suffering from pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and post-surgical recovery.  Mummy MOT -  is a specific postnatal assessment designed to help women safely recover after childbirth. This comprehensive check-up, usually recommended six weeks postpartum, evaluates core stability, posture, pelvic floor function, and overall body alignment. A Mummy MOT helps identify any issues that may lead to pain, incontinence, or other challenges, offering tailored exercises and guidance to support a safe return to daily activities and exercise.
